I found Boiler Breakdown 24/7 through Checkatrade as I was new to the area and didn't have any contacts. I needed the boiler relocating to the loft, one of the first jobs to be done in the refurbishment of our new home. Dan responded immediately and made an appointment to come round the following day to discuss options. He was transparent throughout and answered all the questions that arose as well as being professional and extremely personable. Dan was contactable at all times, even on a Saturday and was extremely efficient with emails, texts and phone calls. The installation was completed over 2 days by Ash who worked tirelessly throughout. He explained each stage. Such a great guy too! I would definitely recommend them both if you are needing a boiler installation. ~ Linda L

Extreamly impressed with the service I have received. Had problems with a previously installed boiler. Dan came out promptly and we discussed options. He was very knowledgeable and in the end I decided it was best to have a new boiler fitted rather than spend money to trying to fix the old one. John arrived bang on time this morning removing the old boiler and fitting the new boiler very quicky. He was very respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy Im so happy with the service and aftercare that I've decided it's a no brainer to open a service plan with them as I know I will be in good hands should I have any further problems. Would recommended to anyone. My boiler stopped working on Wednesday night. I called Dan who came over on Thursday to find out what was wrong with it. He showed me the issues (condensation pipe broke and leaked water into the boiler which has then eroded other parts) I decided to just have a new boiler which has been fitted today (Saturday) which meant I only had three nights without heating. The chap who sorted the new boiler was brilliant and did such a good job. As a single women I find it daunting having work men in the house and both chaps made me feel so comfortable. Very satisfied! Thank you so much to boiler breakdown 247 !!! Our boiler broke down Tuesday morning and within a few hours Dan came to have a look and we needed a new boiler. So he priced one up for us plus a new wireless thermostat control unit and full flush of the system and all parts had 5 star trusted rating no cutting corners on products! Price was excellent compared to other companies! And a few days later they had sent Ash The installer out on Friday who is a fantastic guy ! And by dinner time we had full heating and hot water again and we have never felt our radiators so hot after being in our house for 10 years ! Amazing ! And they also took out my old gas fire at my request with no extra charge. so I can finally install a proper log fire ! So for us if we could give more than five stars we would ! Getting a new boiler can be a mine field but from the first meeting we felt at ease.Everything was explained from the different boilers and there advantages and what would be best with our size of property.There was no hard sell just various prices and ring me if you would like to use our company.The date was fixed and Ash arrived at the time stated , the job was completed in a day ,he covered all the floors and tidy any mess that was made.He didn’t leave until the boiler was tested and made sure heating etc was all running.Can’t fault this company for price ,workmanship and great customer service ~ Claire D

Came home off holiday to no hot water and my boiler had broken. My insurance through British Gas was unable to be used as my boiler was unable to be mended. I phoned a few companies for quotes and i cannot state high enough how quick to respond with a good price Dan at Boiler Breakdown 24/7 was. The next day Ash came to fit my new boiler. He worked his socks off on the hottest day of the year and by 3pm I had a fully working boiler. I would 100% recommend this company and a big 'shout out" to Ash. The communication was amazing. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Did everything the could to help, sorted the boiler asap and as cheaply as possible. Also helped get all the documentation as fast as possible as we are currently in the process of selling! Would highly recommend! Great company! Follow up, had another dealing with this fantastic company regarding a potential issue with my boiler in my new property, they highlighted the issue was the shower not the boiler and were amazing with the support they gave! No words can describe how professional Daniel and his team are, 30 minutes after the call he was at my property making the survey explaining everything about the work and giving me a lot of options for a new boiler, in less than 48h (Wednesday 4pm survey, Friday 8am boiler installation)new boiler was up and running, his engineer left everything clean behind him like he was never here , all the rubbish including old boiler taken , anybody looking for a professional team for their boiler work Daniel and his team are definitely the guys you need. ~ Filip R

My parents boiler stopped working, Dan came out same day diagnosed a problem, but said it may well do the same thing again, which it did, but he arranged to come out the next if the problem reoccurred, which it did so Dan came out the next morning, he was very pleasant & helpful, he eventually found the problem & fixed it, basically it was our fault for not getting the boiler serviced for the last 4 years, so well done Dan, you are our gas fitter for any future problems. Outstanding service. From the first call to completion, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They responded immediately when my 91 year old mother was left without heating and thoughtfully supplied heaters until the new boiler was fitted. We contacted Dan from Boiler Breakdown 24/7 Ltd in a panic as our boiler had leaked water over night. I sent a WhatsApp message on a Sunday morning around 8.15am thinking someone may reply later in that day, but to my astonishment Dan rang back immediately. From the off set nothing was an issue, Dan calmly talked me through what I needed to do, and how to isolate the boiler, his knowledge and expertise in this field are second to none. Have already recommended this company to a friend on the basis of our boiler having been replaced yesterday (18.3.25). The job was carried out from the start to finish with clear communication and in total accordance with what had been agreed. Ash, our engineer worked with out a break until the job was completed to our satisfaction and explained the boiler workings clearly whilst patiently answering a few questions. Very impressed with the quick turn around from getting a quote until installation day and all done and completed within a week.. Unfortunately my boiler decided to break down on Bank holiday Monday, From my first phone call at 9.00 am, Dan came out Tuesday , I decided on a new boiler, rather than fix the old one, Everything was arranged , and the new boiler was installed and up and running by noon Wednesday, Brilliant service, would highly recommend, Also i did appreciate the courtesy call to make sure everything went to plan, Which it did. Daniel came on the same day we called he went through everything with us and gave us a quote ,there was no pressure to buy.3 days later Ashley the fitter arrived at the time promised,he was very polite and informative and helpful, there was a mix up with the bathroom radiator delivery, so Ashley went and collected it. Had an absolute nightmare this week with the boiler, it’s been on the blink for a while. Dan was referred to me by a friend. Not only has he installed a new boiler, which he explained would save me £££ in the long run compared to the current ancient one, he’s fixed a drippy tap that a few plumbers had failed to fix.
