My boiler recently stopped working. I received lots of quotes from different companies and it was difficult to decide who to go with. However Daniel was quick to visit my property, offered expert advice and recommended the best boiler for me at a fair price. He was professional and honest which i really appreciated and didn't pressure me to make a decision like other companies did. He installed my boiler quickly and efficiently without any delay. I would recommend without hesitation. I was offered a free 5 year service plan with my installation and Daniel came to service my boiler one year later. I found Boiler Breakdown 24/7 through Checkatrade as I was new to the area and didn't have any contacts. I needed the boiler relocating to the loft, one of the first jobs to be done in the refurbishment of our new home. Dan responded immediately and made an appointment to come round the following day to discuss options. He was transparent throughout and answered all the questions that arose as well as being professional and extremely personable. Dan was contactable at all times, even on a Saturday and was extremely efficient with emails, texts and phone calls. The installation was completed over 2 days by Ash who worked tirelessly throughout. He explained each stage. Such a great guy too!
